Excellent value for money, the room was clean, tidy, cosy and warm. The location was great, with easy access to local amenities and tourist attractions. The staff, especially Sam, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

My family and I recently stayed at Sammy's Place for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was clean, cosy, and warm, with good facilities, especially the bathroom. The location was great, with easy access to local amenities and tourist attractions. Parking was convenient, and the rent charged was very reasonable. The milk and buns provided were a lovely gesture, and we would definitely book again if we visited Cornwall in the future. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Sammy's Place for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The property exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and lovely garden area. The host, Sam, was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The convenient location allowed us to easily walk to the beach and train station, while the fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook meals at home. it was a fantastic experience!
Strongly recommend this hotel.
